QVR Pro Unlimited Playback:  If you deactivate QVR Pro Unlimited Playback, you will no longer be able to play back more than 14 days of recordings via QVR Pro Client for all the camera channels. Why am I unable to monitor videos on QVR Center via QVR Pro Client with a WAN IP address? Applied models: All NAS Series If the QVR Pro server is on an intranet, QVR Center currently only supports connecting to the server with a WAN IP address using a VPN service. Some players that support RTSP have a timeout mechanism (with a specified period of time, for example, 10 seconds in VLC media player) to minimize waste of resources. Why is the actual resolution of my QVR Pro video recording different from the resolution that I specify on my MOBOTIX M16 camera? This is a know issue that occurs when users select H.264 as the video compression format for the MOBOTIX M16 camera while using VLC media player to receive the video stream.

You can specify privileges for QVR Pro users, user groups, and roles in  QVR Pro  >  Control Panel  >  Privilege . For each privilege, you can select  Allow ,  Deny , or simply leave it undetermined. QVR Pro disables a privilege when no option is selected for this privilege.
